Hi people. Can you help me where to get a free domain (no surveys or refferals). I agree putting text links on the site or creating a separate section for the domain provider.

Unlikely. Why don't you just purchase one? You'll have full control over it and they only cost cents nowadays.

But I am still 13 years old. My parents won't agree paying 10 dollars for a domain. Here in Bulgaria 10 dollars are 20 bucks. Too much.

I am not a fan of .tk because of the ''25 hits per 90 days'' requirement. My site is not popular. But if .tk is the only alternative I'll think about bringing traffic to site.

That's not a problem, not even for smaller sites. It's less than one visitor pr day, I'm sure you can get that :-)
