I am looking for a free classifieds script hat I can break down in subcatergories kind of like craigs list. If any one knows of a good one that will work here let me know. Thanks in advance

go to php.net and learn how to write a code like that yourself. It'll probably be faster like that than trying to find one pre-made. Plus then you can make it fully customized. Or hire someone to do it.

Does anybody have a Noah's Classified V8 Free Version that could give me a copy? Its free though, It wouldn't hurt.

There are many free classifieds script out there but not many classifieds scripts are free.
I have personally tried almost everything I got my hands on.
I can tell you this. I have used many free classifieds script that are free, out of curiosity and wanted to be as thrifty as possible.
They are really, really, not reliable at all, has/have bugs/flaws/weakness/security issues along the way (you will regret discovering it becoz you lose time uploading and downloading, editing, trouble shooting, worrying, etc.), these so-called free scripts cause high consumption of cpu resources, etc.
