What to do to make my for go to my own Thank you page

I'm very new to php script. I finnaly got my form to email me and got everything like I want it, except the script I got takes to the thank you page built in the script and has a button to push to go back to my website. What I want to do is when the submit button is pushed I want it to email like it doing but I want it to go to my own Thank you page. Any Help will be appreciated.
