Need Help Installing Autoresponder Script

Hello! Can't seem to get this script to install. Followed alll the directions but when I point my browser to the install address "successmarketing.host56.com/cgi-bin/fmlplite/install.cgi all I get is the entire script not the install page. Yes I did create the database for the script!

Free accounts do not support CGI/Perl scripting, therefore the script won't work

No wonder! In that case could I install and run a php script encrypted by ioncube encoder. Script requires Cron for sending follow up and one SQL database? Or can U tell me off any FREE autoresponder script that will work on 000webhost?
Don't really want to give up but every Guru says that having your own is better than a paid service in the long run!
