I want a personal blog with wordpress, but Fantastico isn't working.

We are upgrading autoinstaller at the moment. We do not have exact date when it wil be finished.
However, you can upgrade account and immediatelly start using another autoinstaller that has 50 scripts ready to install in one click!

Can i upload wordpress vía ftp and install it?

Yes, wordpress is allowed and runs quite well. I personally use it and can confirm it works. The only thing that doesn't work is the automatic update feature.
