I just recently published my website using iWeb.

I fixed the UTF code problem through editing the .htaccess file and inserting "AddType application/xml .html". This has fixed the header problem that iWeb users have had when using the FTP server to publish their site.

Unfortunately, the widgets are not working properly on the website.

Does anyone know why these widgets are not working? I found another post in Spanish that says how to fix it but unfortunately it doesn't make any sense.

Have you got a link to any website where the widgets are working? Just to see what they're supposed to look like? Maybe post the same question on a more specialised mac forum too ( hedge your bets )

The two pages with the widgets are the Announcements and Recruitment pages. They might look slightly different, as they are older versions by a day or two, but they use the same widgets. Sometimes the page needs to be refreshed a few times before it shows up (hence the reason I found new hosting).

Also, I have not found anything on other Mac forums because none of them deal with this website in particular; no one has had a problem that fit the same profile as this problem.
