How to Mod-rewrite url from /index.php?mp3=/tracks/?4042 TO /index/tracks/4042 -

I have a website that generates urls like: www.krazzymob.in/index.php?mp3=/tracks/?4042 I would like that url to be displayed like: www.krazzymob.in/index/tracks/4042 PLS TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS .... PLS HELP!!!!!!

In your Wordpress dashboard go to "settings" and "permalinks". You can configure it there.
