If no nothing about script, you need to get help from your friend to install or search website about installing script, read and read, more reading on articles which will help you on any problem, that what I do and all most others who need to learn.

===QUICK START (UNIX)===

1. Make a directory that is given write permissions.
2. Open the script with a plain text editor and edit the
first line of the configuration section to point to the
directory you just made. Also, edit the first line of the script
to point to the perl executable on your system.
3. Put auction.pl in your cgi-bin dir and give it executable
permissions.

I dont how to do number 3 cuz i dont know nothing about executable
permissions. But 1 and 2 seems easy enough

well, to give it executable permissions you need to chmod perl script files to 755, configuration files to 644 and any other data files to 666..
