Hello everyone, I'm a new user that knows almost nothing about the way websites work. I was wondering if you kind people could help me out. I figured out how to post videos onto my site, but I am completely stumped as to how to obtain a video code from my hosted video so I can share the videos on myspace or the like. Here is the link to a test video I compressed and would like to have the player code for bbvids.comxa.com/tedhead1.mov (sorry for the harsh content, it's obviously fake)
I hope I made some sense in my ramble. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time. Cheers!

You dont seem to have a site anymore but the video is still online and your videos are not be used on other sites like myspace etc. 000webs is not a file sharing site. That is what they have youtube and hundreds of other sites like youtube for you to use.
