You need more than three forums and the logo needs to be changed before I'd even consider joining.

I will change the logo tonight. As for the forums, that's the point. Consider a regular forum, but then get rid of everything except for the off topic section.

You can't have an off topic section if the forum has no topic. Off topic would just be a general discussion forum then. You could add a sports section, a web design section, and an outdoor activities section, but they all could still be off topic.
