Looks very nice, but it seems like your regex for checking if the URL has some error (at least you may submit e.g. http://myurl, without the .com/.net/.org etc. extension)

Nice!! (and I don't say that often)

One thing I might suggest would be an alt or title for a mouse hover tooltip on the "clipboard" and "new window" buttons. Took me a few extra seconds to figure that out (but I'm a bit slow)
