Talking Updated my site and could use an opinion. - 02-29-2012, 02:12 AM

http://ariainvictus.comlu.com/

It is a media portal for movies, tv, music, ebooks, and games: both downloadable and streamed.

No registration required or surveys to fill, and everything is free

I'll accept CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Please give me your opinion based on what the site is, and not what it isn't.

It is not a blog or a site that sells stuff.

I like the background and menu design, but just sticking a video without a title or any sure of description might be unattractive.

That has to do with a add-on that you put specifically for your browser. Probably a download extension for chrome or firefox. I have it also. Hit DENY and just refresh the page. Its not the site but the browser extension.

The tubemote does has video descriptions in the video itself - it uses youtube, justintv and others. There is a menu on left hand side that works with the tube mote. If you dont see the menu showing all its options, refresh the page. Also you PICK what you want to watch. Unless you are referring to the youtube playlists, which you will find if you slide the page over - it is a multitask feature i added. The youtube playlists have the title hovering over the video itself when you play them.

Not sure if you are talking about tubemote or the youtube playlists. The playlists are full movies I found on youtube I like. They cant be changed. But that is on the second homepage and NOT the initial page you see when you first look at the site.

But the point is that you choose what you want.

The stuff that is shown in "A.I" in the main menu as well as the second home page carousel, is things I specifically like. Those options are really just for me, since they are specific videos, radio stations etc etc...If you view that stuff and like it great, but if not, it wasnt meant to be for the general public.

Everything beside that is for everyone's use.

The carousel in the home page which you first see is just a small taste of what is in the main menu. The site uses frames and iframes, so just to let you know, it is NOT limited to the carousel alone.
