here are a few ideas!

you have too maney forums. try to only have about 6-10 forums, once you have alot of posts and people. you can add more.

try to submit to google.

tell all your friends to register.

try posting all over the place, like all the forums you go to.
(like in your sig)

and on youtube. myspace. etc.

It looks nice, however I agree that it has a few too many categories, if i were you, Id just hide the extra ones to everybody but admins, and then bring them around for the regular members slowly.
