Hola desde hace 2 dias mi web ha dejado de funcionar y ni tan siquiera es capac de conectar.

En mi cuenta me dice esto;

podrias enviar un ticket a soporte pero te diran que esperes, puesto que como veras el servicio esta bajo ataques, saludos.

Y como se envia un ticket a soporte para solucionar esto pues hoy sigue sin funcionar.

Si el servidor esta bajo un ataque DDoS poco se puede hacer más que esperar.

Aunque no servirá de mucho, el ticket le puedes enviar entrantro en "Members Area" y usando la pestaña "Get Help".
