000 webhost banner

I used to be able to remove the 000webhost banner by going to the settings page but now I cannot (it will not allow me to shift the toggle button).
I think this happened because I was going to install MySGL but then I removed it again.
I have now installed LuxCal (event calendar) on my site and the 000webhost banner interferes with one of the dialog buttons. It is right over a ‘Close’ button so when you press close you actually go to the 000webost site instead!

  1. Why can I not now remove the 000webhost banner as used to be able too.
    2)I am happy to have a fixed 00webhost banner on the site where I can position it on a page.

I think now you are using a custom domain and that is the reason that you can’t remove 000webhost banner :slight_smile:
And you have wait for a staff member to re-position the banner on your website :wink:

If I transfer the domain name to 000webhost (now with 1and1) can it be removed then?

No it can be only removed if your are using 000webhost default domain or you have upgraded plan or you have ordered a domain from hostinger only
