Is this the same issues as “login details are incorrect”? I just signed into File Manager yesterday with no issues. Login is supposed to be the same as main login isn’t it?

While I was building my site today I first noticed that I wasn’t able to connect to my database and all of sudden I was logged out and wasn’t able to log in and when try checking my site an Error 403 message popped up thereby denying my access and I need to showcase the site Next Week please fix this urgently

When I am trying to go my 000webhost website it gives following error message.
