I upload the database and files to the server. But I couldn’t access the database and also i waited for 3days still now i couldn’t access the database

You aren’t trying to install laravel are you?
Make sure your PHP version within general settings matches the script you are trying to install.
ya i checked that both are same

I’m yet to see anyone manage to install it successfully on free hosting.

Sorry I couldn’t personally help today but Laravel isn’t something I’ve experienced - maybe some Laravel experts might come along but in the past I’ve not been able to solve them either I’ve referred them to https://laracasts.com/discuss

Yeah but if you look at the phpmyadmin - I connected to your database with the password location and it opened fine; so 000webhost/phpmyadmin is fine - your script is at fault/needs tweaking.
