Akeeba backup error

Hallo,

I use joomla 2.5.1
I use the component Akeeba Backup. I use it now a month, but today I get this error:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 0 (error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 0
Raw server response:

Edit: When he back ups this " tm9t3_TeraWurfl_CatchAll " it goes wrong.

I tried several thinks but it didn’t worked.

Any suggestions?

It is strange. I tested it today two times 1 worked and 1 didn’t
