Hallo Infinity! well I not replied the last days, but I have the same problem, the account is the same, I migrated the account but, DNS maybe not run right, the email and the password as the same on the old account, I erased the old account on panel. when I want park the old direction say “is in use”
I dont make backup after close account, when I have the copy on PC and I up whit no problem.
