Hi there, I’m running a wordpress website. I did a couple of plugin updates and now I’m getting the following error.
“An error occurred in the website and your page could not be displayed. If you are the website owner, check your logs for details.”
I was going to try some of the troubleshooting tips I saw around here but I can not access cPanel/file manager. I get the error “log in details are not correct”.
Any cache plugin installed?
Yes I’ve used one in the past. Dont remember if I disabled it though. I was trying to get on file manager to further troubleshoot but I cant login. I seem to keep getting in a loading loop until it eventually tells me “log in details are not correct” when I’m pretty sure they are.
Then, wait for us to announce the end of the maintenance so we can troubleshoot.
Fixed problem by clearing htaccess and updating permalinks.
Thanks, wasn’t aware there was maintenance going on.
