C-panel migration failed

@dan_s2k

Are you saying I should delete all the sub-folders within the zyro folder?
And delete the six files within public_html?

No, don’t.

Just leave the things as they are now, if they fit according to your expectations :wink:

Well not really as I can’t see my website. And yet I’ve uploaded all the original files to https://wellingtonwindowcleaning1.000webhostapp.com/ which is linking to my domanin (www.wellingtonwindowcleaning.co.uk). So I’m back to square one with still no website - Any ideas? Please.

I’ve still got no website, just a blank page as below (when visiting www.wellingtonwindowcleaning.co.uk and https://wellingtonwindowcleaning1.000webhostapp.com), not even an error, so I assume this is not due to the 000webhost node issues currently being experienced? All the files appear to be in the correct place, however I have renamed the htaaccess file as suggested above - is this a problem?

Any suggestions on how to resolve please??

If you are migrating you need to download the files from your old panel account pull the public_html folder onto your computer, now on the new panel you upload these exact files in the way you downloaded them to your new account - uploading the public_html folder onto your new account or pulling all the files in public_html into your new public_html folder whatever you want to do - if your site doesn’t function after this - try heading to general settings on 000webhost.com and changing your PHP version to 5.2

Had already uploaded the files as per the previous control panel.

Have just changed the php version to 5.2, however still no website. Would this take time to take effect?

Does it matter that I currently have no .htaccess file since renaming .htaccess_old??

They should take effect instantly really.

I can have a lookie if you want?
