Can i connect to the Database from outside with premium service?

Hi! Im currectly working in something where i need to connect to the 000webhost database from a c# desktop aplicattion . Im currectly using the free service (where it isnt alowed).

And i would like to know if i upgrade to pro i can make this possible and connect directly to the database from a desktop aplicattion.

@PauloLavrador Sry Remote Mysql is not allowed.
You need to upgrade to premium for this.

You can also visit hostinger and chat with their customer support and know about this feature.
