If I park my domain by setting the 000webhost.com nameservers I know I will be able to link to my website but will I be able to set up MX records to send mail through to my mail host (Zoho)? If so, where is the interface?
If I can’t, does that mean that by parking my domain with 000webhost I will not be able to use email?
I believe you can set records or migrate to do so but ONLY if you’re a premium member or greater…Not allowed on free hosting plans…Are you a premium member?

Yes, you can set MX records if you park your domain to 000webhost:
000webhost cPanel > Set web address > locate your domain > Manage > Set MX record
