Can not login to File Manager or Filezilla

I don’t know why. My site username and my password is absolutely correct.

But, when I press the login button it said that my login is incorrect.

WHY ???

I’m having the same problem. I tried resetting my password and still neither filezilla or the control panel work.

server problem maybe… I can’t even log in to my CPanel…

99% Uptime guarantee?!?!

First day here and access to my files is already broken. I can’t log in using FTP, neither user CPanel.

i guse the file manager control panel is under construction because each time it redirected on diffrent link
just wait, i hope it work correct soon.

Same problem, created an account yesterday and got promised 99% uptime…

Now FTP login via filezilla is working …chk it out!!!

I can log in the File Manager but I can’t’ go inside the new CPanel…

26th Dec, 2016: I got this problem today. I use ftp client to connect, and was working till yesterday. I can ping the server but unable to login.

I wonder what changed?

Changing ftp password seems to fix the problem.
