Can not view website

Attached are the screen shots of my files but when I try to accrues the site it comes up with a forbidden message.

If I upload it to my gator host then it works. But why doesn’t it work on web host. I much prefer web host and would rather have it here and upgrade later. … Any advice?

Fixed it, keep in mind, your files should always be in public_html folder
