This morning, I had opened my code editor to edit something, and it could not connect to the FTP server. I tried deleting the connection and adding it again, and no luck. I even tried another FTP server and changing my password and it still did not work. How do I fix this?
I know my username and password is correct because the files.000webhost.com works when i type them in, and FTP file transfer is on, but it still does not work.

What method are you using to connect via FTP?
FileZilla or such?
@Infinity I’m using Codeanywhere, and to double check and see if it wasn’t just the site, I tried net2ftp. Both could not connect.
At first, it showed could not connect at all, but now the error is:
Error: Timed out while waiting for handshake
Can you screenshot the setup screen you get when entering host etc?

Make sure to use correct username and password from General Settings on 000webhost.com
My options are:
Connection name
Host name
Username
Password
Root directory
Initial directory
Timeout
Port
and Web URL
Oh, it works now. That’s weird. I used exactly the same options.
