Can't access to data outside

I do not have access to my DB in phpmyadmin
i create DB and tables but i can’t access to Data outside phpmyAdmin

Only id5526122_qarqar2018 can access id5526122_registerattendance

The same as only id5526122_qarqar2018_2 can access id5526122_test2

host is localhost not 127.0.0.1 maybe?

Or maybe wrong password?

Hit up Manage Database and change the password to what is your in config file. xxxxxx2018
