Looks like a user doesn’t have permissions. How to setup permissions? What login/password for phpmyadmin?

Maybe your database does not exist, please go to your cPanel > Manage databases

Problem is you have exceeded mysql limits

Normally, wordpress uses lots of resources. As 000webhost is a free host, your max_queries_per_hour limit is 5000. You have to wait until the next hour starts or you have to consider upgrading at hostinger.
