Connecting to server not connecting

i have successfully created an account on 000webhost but when i try logging in, i see ‘connecting to server’ and a countdown timer but it does not connect. the timer repeats itself over and over. any idea how i can solve this please?

You’ll have to use a proxy because Cloudflare is blocking your IP.
