Today, I found my site down due to CPU usage (according to them). Here's the truth: I have used a total of 9 measly megabytes of the total allowed for free site and I was shut down, without a warning saying I had reach such limit.
It's been seven hours since a trouble ticket has been submitted and no resolution or response was sent to me.
I've used the service since Feb 2012. I have experienced another outage during that period also.
This is the most unprofessional way to persuade someone to merge to a paid account when you don't treat the ones who give your platform praise and monetary support in other ways. Telling me to upgrade when I use a fraction of data and suspending my account is hogwash and pig puke.
You charge $4 + for upgrade. I happily paid twice the price to my AMEX with another host. They had me propagated 70% and online in less than a few hours.
I will rally and suggest others who use you to host and ask them to leave. You don't create solutions, you manifest problems and waste value time. Even if it is in error.
