DNS Setting to add CNAME record

Hi, im looking for DNS Settings to add CNAME record but can’t seem to find it. can anyone guide me where to find it?

On your domain registrar like GoDaddy or Hostinger etc.

is not possible from 000webhost? im following this setup instruction:

Step 1.Log in to your domain host’s website.
It looks like your domain is hosted with 000webhost.com. Open the 000webhost.com website in a new tab and log in.

Step 2.Go to the control panel for your domain.
Go to the domain name management section for onepiecemmo.000webhostapp.com on the 000webhost.com website and look for a “DNS Settings” section (or something similar).

Step 3.Add a CNAME record.
Add a CNAME record for “forum” and have it point to “custom.websitetoolbox.com”.

Step 4.Now you just need to wait a bit.
Your changes will need to propagate throughout the Internet. That can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your host. We’ll send you an email when the setup has completed.

Who is your domain registered with?
Or what is your domain name like dipakuni.com etc
