Domain doesn't work with "www" prefix

#22

No, I think we would complicate things too much…

I’ll leave this option as a last resort

#23

I actually did it.

Paused Cloudflare.
Clear Cache.
Reload Touchmark.

Icons Still missing! I am so confused! I thought it would work!
And thank god it is only the backend.

#24

After activating 'Static cache' plugin some icons started to load… So now it’s probably caused by the missing plug-ins — facepalm**

#25

:cold_sweat: I am unable to understand.
Haven’t I already activated the missing plugins back from the plugins page in the backend?

UPDATE: Static Cache doesnt work in
wp-admin
wp-content
wp-includes
there is a filter list
if you do not include these site crashes

#26

Don’t worry. The missing images are now loading again. However I have deactivated cache plug-ins and wp security plugin.

Press CTRL+F5 for full webpage refresh

#27

Cache and Security.
Most important aspects of my site.
They are currently deactivated.

What plugins do you suggest instead of these website crashers?

#28

Actually, cache plugins have never been too efficient on 000webhost. My advice would be to get rid of them…

Also, please let me test something…

#29

Ok, everything works fine now.

Please check plugins list to see what I did

#30

I actually heard about the W3 Total cache plugin crashes and WP super cache breaks my site. So I chose Static cache because it just caches HTML files and nothig else. It is a winderful plugin and co operated with 000webhost and my site for a couple of months until today.

I have a lot of suspicion on that security plugin. It is a swiss army knife you know.

What did you test by the way?

Ok, then activate the static cache plugins and get rid of the security plugin. No one will attempt to attack your site anyway, as you are using Cloudflare which blocks automatically certain threats.

What did you test by the way?

To see if website loads ok with the security & autoptimize plugin

#32

I see that you left the Static Cache plugin and activated all others.
You tested the security plugin works fine.

Now I think security plugin is actually safe.
Static cache seemed so good with my site as well as 000webhost. But I doubt now.

Autoptimize really needs a caching plugin. Otherwise issues arise.
Is there no other compatible caching plugin for this platform?

#33

Is there no other compatible caching plugin for this platform?

I don’t know. I do not master all the Wordpress plugins. I suggest you to do as I advised you earlier

#34

Silly of me to ask such a question.
Can you tell what majority of 000webhost users use for caching?

#35

Can you tell what majority of 000webhost users use for caching?

Most of the users who attempted to use caching plug-ins ended up on forum because their website was trowing Error 500, blank page, or forever loading…

Other than this, we don’t monitor wordpress sites and the plugins they’re using.

#36

Oh. Thank you very much today. You’ve saved the day! God bless you.

#37

You are welcome
