Domain not working with 'www'

Hi

I have my websites hosted on 000webhost, also my domain name.
However, my domain name ain’t working with www.

http://ndvibes.comeze.com -> working
http://www.ndvibes.comeze.com -> not working

How can I make it also work with www?

Thanks!

Hi @Nielyboyken !

000webhost no longer supports www in front of URLs. Just access it like this: ndvibes.comeze.com :wink:

And if I take a custom domain name from another provider?

In this case it will work.

Parking/pointing a domain will allow you to access the parked/pointed domain with www.

Same thing happened to me with my website (http://serialove.tv). Only parking my domain on namecheap helped to resolve this problem. Took me a while to find this thread though, cause I’ve been struggling with www/no-www for a few days now.

Now I bought a custom domain and 000webhost says it’s ‘linked’, but when I visit it I still get the advertisement-page of the DNS.

No, I see your website. You need to clear your browser cache and flush your DNS.

As above

Your site is online.

Your local ISP the issue here, change to alternative DNS provider and flush your cache.

Yeah, but it’s a problem on all my devices on the Wi-Fi. So flushing local cache won’t work.

Then try restarting your router or modem (if you have one), and change your DNS to Google.

On any device Apple, Android, Windows etc you can configure it to manually use DNS servers like 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 you can then flush network settings even on a tablet/mobile and it will use the latest cache it has.

Simply wait the 48 hours required by most providers of home broadband and workplace provisions and you’ll be back and running - in the meantime you can switch to Google DNS (and stay using them as they provide more up-to-date results) and flush your DNS cache on each machine.

It’s solved now! Thanks all
