Error about Index.php

Currently I am working on a school project to build a web, I use joomla to design my web and want to try to make it online.
I did all the step, I upload my DB and Joomla files to public_html and edit the configurations, but I can’t make it work.

Looks like some files are missing

Now it is giving me error about HTTP 500

Nope I didn’t, I uploaded my files and it gave me this.

Correct PHP version selected?

I’ve got it to work… But now I cannot upload extensions at all
I checked system information, tmp and logs folder are unwritable
