Error when I try to upload my files

I am testing your hosting services and I have the following error every time I try to upload my site to the folder.
Error: “ftp_login (): User admistadfashion OK. Password reuired”.
I access from my control panel; I authenticate in the system, but the section does not last more than 5 seconds.

I attached a photo of the error.
