Export SQL Database to computer

Hi,

Trying to backup the SQL Database in phpMyAdmin to my computer gives only two options

1 Save on server in the directory /var/lib/phpMyAdmin/save/
2 Overwrite existing file(s).

I choose option 1 but now I still don’t have the backup on my computer. What to do?

Use Export :100: and .SQL and then download.
