although i have reset file manager login password several times i am unable to login

FTP clients and web based file manager both are not working…

Also been having this issue all day - changed passwords while logged in but as soon as redirected to online FTP ‘incorrect login details’ error keeps coming up.

Please let me know when this is fixed. I’ve had TODAY scheduled as the launch for my website for weeks. Now I can’t make the final changes necessary to share the link with my network.

I am having this same problem right now. I log in with my correct credentials, bt it just says “Log in details are not correct” Does anyone know when this will be fixed?
