Files.000webhost.com flagged as malware

Hello.

I am a network administrator at a municipality in Denmark.
An elective class at one of our schools are using your hosting for teaching web development.

Unfortunately the domain files.000webhost.com has been flagged as harmful by our Cisco FTD firewall.
The information for this comes from Cisco’s security organization Talos.

I am hoping that you will be able to address this situation, and clear out any malicious files on your system.

There is a link from the Talos site to dispute the status of a website. I imagine you can follow this to remove the block, once any malware have been dealt with.

No Malware Is On It

Either disable the firewall, add an exception or contact the provider you use to administrate the firewall and tell them to unblock it.

It is great that there is no malware, and so I would hope that 000webhost.com is going to take action,
to have Cisco’s Talos change the blacklist status.

Is that something that is likely to happen?

Hello.

Will get in touch with the team so that we can contact them to mark us a safe because we can confirm that there’s no spam on http://files.000webhost.com/

Well according to them, this flag will expire at the end of this month.
