Since last two days, my site is sleeping. What terms and services have i violated? I am new to web development domain and i am making this website for my projects. Website is accessible and functioning normally. But the status is showing sleeping in my member’s website list. I am not even able to retrieve the files. The website is not even complete i am told to upgrade to premium.
Please help i can not even continue with work.

What can i do to prevent it from being suspended till it complete to upgrade?
Nothing really there are automatic measures in place that we cannot modify
