I received the notification saying that I can no longer access my old site, and I must migrate to a new site. I am trying to download all my old data from my site, but can’t even log into FTP via Filezilla. I am putting the information in correctly… what’s wrong?!
Please make sure you have no firewall between 000webhost and FileZilla.
Go to Transfer Settings > Transfer Mode > Passive / Active (try them both)
I tried enabling both types, and no luck. I disabled my window’s firewall just to be sure. Still not able to establish a connection. Any other ideas?

Yes, please do so. Also, make sure there is nothing blocking *comule.com*.
000webhost’s old subdomains have been marked as deceptive years ago because many spammers and hackers were abusing them. That’s why there are slight chances that your AV/firewall might block your website address.
Please reply the results.
