FileZilla FTP Error 500

Hello!

I’m trying to connect to FTP with FileZilla, and now for some reason it shows the following problem:

FTP ERROR
500 USER: Operation not permitted

NOTE: The login and password are correct, the TLS connection is being established.
After the password is entered automatically, there is a 20 second inactivity time and the connection is aborted.

Please, what can I do to fix this?
I’ve already used the control panel repair.

@verywell There was an issue with one of the FTP node, but FTP node is now up again.
Can you try now and check?
