Here, it says one hour: Sleep Time for Websites
But in the email I received after signing up, it says:
To keep 000webhost free for all it has a feature by design - every website is put to sleep for 4 hour everyday.
One hour or four hours? And when does it sleep?
Hey it is 1 hour and you can set sleep time manually in manage website>>settings>>general>> scroll down and set sleep time
Also, what was the email please? 
A screenshot would be appreciated so we could prevent that in the future.

Website sleeping used to last for 4 hours, but we have since changed that. I have just gotten confirmation that the email will be changed.
