FTP 421 Error blocking me from uploading my WebSite

I am using FTP to upload website to 000webhost, however, it keeps saying FTP error 421.
Could someone able to reset the FTP connection for me at the other end?

Hi @ericleung!

Please change your FTP password and try connecting again. If it doesn’t work, please proceed to the following steps: 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Change password

  1. Try connecting through File Manager. Can you?

  2. Please test your FTP connection to https://ftptest.net and reply the entire log. Do not truncate it.
