Hello so I want to upload my files via FileZilla but I keep getting an error “Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER exoticcraft
Response: 331 User exoticcraft OK. Password required
Command: PASS **************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server” Could you please help?
It’s telling you your username and password don’t match, basically. I also had this problem at first, and later realized my password wasn’t what I thought it was. You may have been smarter than me on this, of course, but I’ll say anyway that the password you use to log into 000webhost and the website password are different passwords.
Even if that’s not the case, it can’t hurt to make sure your password is what you think it is. Simply go to Settings -> General (assuming you’re using the new system) and change your password to whatever you think it ought to be. Then try again.

Are you using the new panel at 000webhost.com?
If so your FTP details are disabled until you confirm your mobile/cell number.
Else if you are on the old panel, open it up and click change FTP password, choose a new password, wait a few minutes and attempt to connect.
