FTP Maintenance [SEPTEMBER 28TH 2017]

Hello everyone,
Since yesterday, impossible for me to access the FTP of my website.I saw that other persons had this problem but no one solved it.
When I try to connect i get this :

Status: Resolving address of files.000webhost.com
Status: Connecting to 145.14.144.87:21…
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
Status: Initializing TLS…
Status: Verifying certificate…
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER rom
Response: 331 User rom OK. Password required
Command: PASS ***********
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Someone know a solution to fix it and access my files on the server ?
I’ve already try to change my password and disabled/enable ftp transfer. File Manager doesn’t work too.

Try to log into files.000webhost.com from your website.

Thanks for your reply I’ve tried but I get this error ‘Log in details are not correct.’

Yep, I’m getting FTP timeout too. files.000webhost.com times out as well.

Thank you! I am experiencing the same problem. it seems that password and user name are wrong. and then timed out.

Hi guys I’ll update this thread when the issue has been resolved.

[Status: Maintenance underway]
[FTP Servers: 9 out of 12 Active]
[FTP Servers: 3 undergoing maintenance]

Accounts hosted on 3 of the affected servers may experience file manager not loading and FTP not connecting until the maintenance is finished.

Hi, sorry but i steal having problems tu open my ftp, can you tell me if the server is steal in maintenance? Thanks.

Working fine here dude.

Log out, clear your cache, data, history etc.

Login and head to general settings, change FTP password, choose a new password and then give it a few minutes and try opening File Manager or connecting via FTP client like FileZilla.
