FTP not connecting anymore

Have been trying to connect to FTP since about one week now and it isn’t connecting. The credentials I used are correct but it doesn’t connect anymore. Tried to the two of my websites but the same result.
I tried with SSHFTPDownUploader,myFTP and with FileZilla .Please help.

Heres the response from FileZilla client:

Head to 000webhost.com, login, hit Settings top right, then choose a new website password.

Login to FTP after a few minutes once you’ve changed the password.

Its still not connecting for me.
My IP is IPV6. Is there any recent changes that is blocking IPV6 addesss?

I have tried everything. I can’t seem to figure out where I’m going wrong.

Tried disabling firewall?

I’m using internet from my mobile on PC.
And I tried with SSHFTPDownUploader and myFTP on my android too. It doesn’t work here either. So mustn’t be a Firewall problem.
Even though I tried disabling and no, same result.

Seems to be a local issue.
You’ll need to RESET your password using CHANGE PASSWORD again via 000webhost.com >Settings

Ok I tried on a different device running the same Telecom Service Provider. It didn’t work their either. Maybe my TSP is blocking FTP requests…

I tried contacting your ISP but had no success hopefully the issue is only temporary

It really was a problem with my ISP and now the issue is resolved and I’m back working again :smile:
