I have created a domain on Azote website,
The domain has 3rd level (eg xxx.yy.zz).
In order to have an URL starting with www, I have created a subdomain on Azote website (eg www.xxx.yy.zz)
In Azote website, I have associated via CNAME, both the domain and subdomain to my 000webhost website (eg xxx.000webhostapp.com).
Then, i tried to make the association in 000webhost.
So I associate succesfully xxx.000webhostapp.com to the domain having 3rd level, via point domain.
But when I try to associate xxx.000webhostapp.com to the subdomain having 4th level, I get an error indicating that only 3rd level subdomain are authorized.
I am searching for a way to associate xxx.000webhostapp.com to my 4th level URL.

That’s impossible right now, just create a redirect to your non-www one for now 
I try to make a permanent redirection using the 000webhost menu ‘Redirections’ but it does not work.
The created redirection is displayed like that :
From : /http:/www.xxx.yy.zz
To : http://xxx.yy.zz
The target URL is well displayed (http://xxx.yy.zz) but the source URL is not well displayed ( /http:/www.xxx.yy.zz instead of http://www.xxx.yy.zz).
I don’t know how to make the redirection working.
