How do I create subdomains?

So I have my domain connected and it works, but I need to create sub domains for different parts of my website. The c-panel has been changed, and I don not know where to go to find the tab to create sub domains. Please help as I need this fixed ASAP. Thanks!!

You can create subdomains in your control panel at 000webhost.com if you look.
