I’m using your free account. You declare that free accounts may have up to 2 MySQL databases. But I can create only one database: when I try to create a second database the site says “You have reached the maximum of allowed MySQL databases.”
That’s odd, I’ve never heard of that issue happening. Can you screenshot the error (since I don’t see any databases in your account)?
Exactly! I have deleted my only database and even reset my site entirely. Four times. It didn’t help. Even more, I can’t create a database with name ‘id1806706_fblog’ (the name I used before), it says “This db already exists.”

Ok, then I try to create another db. That goes ok.

You may see that now I have one db and the database progress bar shows 50% (1 of 2).
Now I try to create a second db:

It says "You have reached the maximum of allowed MySQL databases.” The bottom of the image is blur but it still can be seen that I have just one db, but cPanel oddly thinks I have two.

I’ve created a bug report for a developer to look at. Someone will let you know when the issue is resolved.
