I cant access to PhpMyAdmin

I’m going to leave 000webhost for its big performance problems, my web does not load well and I want to access the phpadmin to take backup of the complete database.

I’m tired of seeing that error both when I try to access my website and the phpmyadmin

also with the new option that added that for 1 hour all the server is disconnected I want to run away from this site, I’m sorry but it is working fatally.

I’m having the same problem, I need this to work for a class as soon as possible, I’m falling behind because of it. This is the exact message I get.
